The feature set of the LNH Series is organised below into the areas that matter most during a purchase decision: structure, doors and access, thermal performance, cable management, the 19-inch mounting system, mobility, safety and smart-rack capability.

    1.Frame Structure and Load Capacity

High frame rigidity achieved through a special plate-curving technique. Instead of relying on additional reinforcement brackets, the load-bearing profiles are formed with a controlled multi-bend geometry that greatly increases resistance to twisting and deflection.

1500 kg static loading capacity. The rack accepts a full stack of 1U and 2U rack servers, storage arrays, network switches and rack-mount UPS units without frame deformation or rail misalignment.

Dimensionally accurate frame that keeps front and rear rails parallel, so long-rail server kits and sliding shelves slide in and out smoothly over the whole service life of the cabinet.

Safety class IP 20 rating, suitable for controlled indoor environments such as data centres, computer rooms, control rooms, laboratories and equipment rooms.

    2.Doors, Side Panels and Access

Curved perforated front door with swing handle lock. The curved profile increases the internal free space in front of the equipment, gives extra room for patch cords and connectors, and gives the cabinet a modern, high-end appearance.

Double flat perforated split rear doors with swing handle lock. The split design halves the swing radius of each door leaf, which is a decisive advantage in narrow hot aisles where a single wide door cannot be fully opened.

120-degree opening angle on the front door and both rear door leaves, giving full, unobstructed access for installation, cabling and maintenance work.

Door stop can easily be changed from left to right. The hinge side is reversible on site, so the same cabinet can be installed against a left wall, a right wall or in a row without ordering a special variant.

Quick release lockable side panels. Side panels can be removed in seconds for cabling and service work and locked again afterwards, which keeps maintenance fast while preserving physical security.

Swing handle locks on front and rear doors provide a consistent, keyed locking scheme across the whole cabinet.

    3.Ventilation and Thermal Performance

Front and rear perforated doors guarantee 75% air flow. The high open area lets server fans draw cold air from the cold aisle and exhaust it to the hot aisle with minimal restriction, which is the foundation of an efficient front-to-back cooling design.

Because the passive airflow path is already highly efficient, many installations do not need active fan units at all – reducing power consumption, noise and points of failure.

Where higher heat densities are involved, roof fan units, 1U fan panels and blanking panels can be added to build a controlled cold-aisle / hot-aisle airflow strategy.

    4.Cable Management and Cable Entry

Cable management channels available in horizontal or vertical orientation, so the cabinet can be adapted to either patch-panel-heavy network racks or server racks with mainly power and uplink cabling.

800 mm wide LNH racks include 2 vertical cable managers as standard. The extra 200 mm of width next to the 19-inch mounting area is turned into a dedicated vertical cabling zone, which keeps hundreds of patch cords out of the airflow path and out of the service area.

Big cable entry with black cellular cover on the top and the bottom of the cabinet. The large openings accept thick power feeds, bundled copper trunks and fibre trays, while the cellular cover keeps the opening tidy and reduces dust ingress and uncontrolled air bypass.

Brush cable entry can be optionally added at any position of the cabinet, allowing the entry point to be matched exactly to the raised-floor grid or overhead tray layout of the site.

Structured cable routing directly improves airflow, shortens fault-finding time and makes future moves, adds and changes far less disruptive.

    5.19-inch Mounting System

19-inch profile rails mounted in both the front and the rear of the cabinet, forming a true 4-post structure that supports long and heavy rack servers at four points rather than two.

19-inch profile rails adjustable in depth. The mounting plane can be repositioned along the depth of the cabinet to match different chassis lengths, rail kits and cable-management-arm requirements.

19-inch profile rails with unit marking. Clear U numbering allows technicians to plan and record equipment positions precisely, which speeds up installation and makes remote support far easier.

Square hole cage nut mounting is used throughout, ensuring compatibility with standard rack equipment, shelves, blanking panels, cable managers and third-party rail kits.

25 sets of cage nuts are included with the cabinet, so basic installation can begin immediately on arrival without waiting for separately sourced hardware.

    6. Mobility, Levelling and Installation

Heavy-duty castors are included, allowing the cabinet to be rolled into position inside the room even when it is partly loaded.

Levelling feet are included for final installation. Once positioned, the load is transferred from the castors to the feet, producing a stable, vibration-free and perfectly vertical cabinet.

The combination of castors for movement and levelling feet for the final set-up removes the need for specialised lifting equipment in most standard IT room installations.

    7. Safety, Grounding and Labelling

Grounding wire is included as standard. Doors, side panels and frame can be bonded to a common earthing point, which is a basic requirement for electrical safety and for stable operation of sensitive electronic equipment.

Warning and other related stickers are applied to the front and rear bottom frame, giving on-site personnel clear safety information exactly where it is needed.

IP 20 safety class protects against access to hazardous parts with a finger and against solid foreign objects of 12.5 mm and greater, which is the appropriate protection level for indoor equipment rooms.

    8.Finish and Appearance

Standard colours are RAL7035 light grey and RAL9005 black, the two most widely accepted colours in professional data centre environments.

The powder coated surface resists scratching, fingerprints and corrosion, keeping the installation looking professional throughout its service life.

Consistent colour, panel gaps and door alignment across the entire size range give a uniform appearance when multiple cabinets are installed in a row.

    9.Smart Rack Capability

The LNH cabinet can be used as a smart rack cabinet. Intelligent PDUs allow per-outlet power monitoring and remote switching, smart electronic locks provide auditable access control with card, PIN or remote authorisation, and a front-door LED screen can display live temperature, humidity, power and status information. This upgrade path is important for buyers who need a standard rack today but plan to move toward monitored, unmanned or edge-computing deployments later – the same mechanical platform supports both scenarios, so no cabinet replacement is required.

Each LNH cabinet is delivered as a complete, ready-to-install kit. The list below shows a typical parts breakdown for the two most requested height groups. Quantities of side panels and horizontal beams increase with cabinet height to maintain rigidity and full enclosure on taller frames.

Model code logic: LNH + width code + depth code + U height. Example: LNH6842 = 600 mm wide, 800 mm deep, 42U. Non-standard heights between 18U and 60U and additional widths are available to order. Packing data is indicative and should be confirmed on the final order confirmation.

The LNH Series is supported by ETL, CE, RoHS and 3C certification documentation. These certifications help international buyers evaluate product safety, regulatory conformity and material compliance when selecting rack enclosures for projects in different markets.

ETL certification provides independent evidence that the applicable product configuration has been evaluated against relevant safety requirements, supporting procurement for North American projects.

CE documentation supports conformity assessment for applicable European market requirements and helps buyers prepare project approval and technical documentation.

RoHS compliance confirms control of specified restricted substances in materials and components, supporting environmental compliance requirements in global supply chains.

3C documentation supports applicable product configurations supplied to projects requiring China Compulsory Certification evidence.

Certificate copies and related compliance documents can be supplied for customer review before order confirmation. Buyers should verify certificate scope against the exact cabinet model, electrical accessories and destination-market requirements.

    • Knock-down Packaging

    • Assemble Packaging

In knock-down packing the cabinet is shipped disassembled in flat cartons. The components are divided into three cartons: carton A carries the frame profiles and vertical rails, carton B carries the doors and the door frame, and carton C carries the side panels together with the top cover, castors, levelling feet, cage nuts and the fittings kit.

Dramatically lower shipping volume. A 42U 600 x 600 mm cabinet drops from 1.048 CBM assembled to 0.457 CBM knock-down, and an 800 x 800 mm 42U cabinet drops from 1.736 CBM to 0.580 CBM – a volume reduction of roughly 55% to 67% depending on model.

Because volume is more than halved, well over twice as many cabinets fit into the same container, which is the single largest cost lever on long-distance shipments of rack enclosures.

Flat cartons are easier to move through narrow corridors, doorways, staircases and passenger lifts, which is often decisive for retrofit projects in existing office buildings.

Lower risk of transit damage to doors and painted surfaces, since panels are packed flat and individually protected instead of being exposed on an assembled frame.

Assembly on site is straightforward and requires only standard hand tools, guided by the supplied assembly instructions.
